Rho Sigma Phi, origninated from five Rho Rhoses of Sigma Phi Rho
These five Rho Rhoses carried themselves as ladies, they believed in the everlasting power of education, sisterhood and a commitment to lending their helping hands for all causes nationl and international. By this they thought it was time to develop their own independence from auxiliary life.
They knew that if they worked hard enough, used their knowledge and creativity, they could create the Sorority they would deem as Rho Sigma Phi On March 7, 1999 on the campus of SUNY Delhi ,five Rho Rhoses came into their own as Rho Sigma Phi. Thereto stressing their motto, "The Beauty of A Woman Lies In The Power Of A Strong Mind". Also carrying this ode to be a thriving and productive part of their campus community.
The sisters of Rho Sigma Phi shall carry their past history of Sigma Phi Rho and the Rho Rhoses in their hearts and continue to strive for a commitment to their Sorority, education, and an everlasting sisterhood.
