Rho Sigma Phi is a Sorority that is dedicated to improving the empowerment of sisterhood.

Rho Sigma Phi was founded by five founding mothers at the college of SUNY Delhi, College of Technology on the date of March 7,1999. Rho Sigma Phi is one of the youngest Minority Sororities growing in college communites to date.

The sisters of Rho Sigma Phi believe in the everlasting bonds of sisterhood. We strive year by year to meet our goals of community service, both national and international, servicing our school, planning organizational events and keeping true to our philanthropies.
