OVERVIEW: Cologne is a semi-main character in the Ranma 1/2 series. She can be seen a lot in one episode, or she is not in it at all. Cologne's most noticable physical attributes is that she is about 2 feet tall and that she hops around on a stick. Cologne sometimes helps Ranma and sometimes she fights Ranma. It is usually the latter because she wants Ranma to marry Shampoo to carry on the Chinese Amazon Tribe. Cologne is the second strongest fighter in the Ranma universe, preceeded only by Happosai. She is the leader of the Chinese Amazon Tribe, which probably means she's the strongest of all of the Amazons. Cologne has easily defeated Ranma many times and often picks on him. Cologne has only been beaten twice: once by Happosai and once by Ranma (in "Neko-ken" form).

HISTORY: Cologne has claimed that she is over 300 years old, but this is probably not true. In the long run of her "3000 years of Chinese Amazon history", she may be 300 years old, but in real time she is probably 75-80. There have been few glimses into Cologne's childhood; she did look a lot like Shampoo and knew Happosai. After Shampoo went back to China from Japan, Cologne tried to re-train Shampoo at Jusenkyo. Cologne first appeared by coming to Japan to test Ranma to see if he was worthy of being Shampoo's future husband. After causing a lot of mischief in Ranma's life, Cologne decided to stay in Japan. Cologne currently lives in Japan with Shampoo running the Cat Cafe.

FIGHTING STYLE: Cologne is the leader of the Chinese Amazon tribe which is backed up by over "3000 years of Amazon history". Cologne is very skilled in hand-to-hand combat and knows many special techniques. Cologne is also a specialist in pressure points and nerve manipulation. Cologne once used a pressure point to help Ranma get his strength back after it was sapped from him by Happosai. Cologne has also shown that she has the ability of telekinesis, which is lifting objects with the power of your mind. Cologne doesn't really have any weaknesses. Her age is certainly not a detriment because it hasn't showed yet. Her height really doesn't hinder her too much because she has fought Ranma, who is about 4 feet taller than her and Cologne has won.

WEAPONS: Cologne uses a long cane made of wood that she hops around on and uses as a bo-staff. This cane can also be used as a sword and can be used to touch pressure points.

ATTACKS: KACHU TENSHIN AMGURIKEN: She taught this technique to Ranma so she knows it.
HIRYU SHOTEN HA: She also taught this technique to Ranma so she knows it as well.
BAKUSAI TENKETSU: She taught this technique to Ryoga so she knows it. She also must have recieved the training for it. The training is being held in front of a swinging rock and having to hit the breaking point or be hit by the rock. This training is very painful, but it will heighten the stamina and pain tolerance of the person learning the technique. That means that Cologne has a high pain tolerance and stamina.
GROSS-OUT ATTACK: This attack is Cologne grossing out an opponent to make them back out of a confrontation with her. This employs her either making kissy-faces at her opponents or feeling them up. She has used this attack once on Soun after he tried to stare her down and she has used it numerous times on Ranma.
SPLITTING CAT HAIRS: An attack where Cologne makes many images of herself and spins around her opponent. When the opponent tries to attack one of the images, Cologne attacks. This technique fails when Cologne is hungry because if the opponent throws a piece of food in the air, the real Cologne will jump at the food to eat it.
FIST OF THE ICE BEAR: Cologne makes a bear (or it can probably be anything) of ice which attacks the opponent. Cologne just sits on top of it and controls where and how it attacks.
CAT TONGUE PRESSURE POINT: This is just one of the thousands of pressure points that Cologne know about. When this pressure point is touched, it will cause the victim to become as sensitive as "a cat's tongue". That means that their bodies will be very sensitive to the elements (mostly heat). Cologne used this pressure point on Ranma to prevent him from turning into a boy.
