Artist’s Description:
This submission for the title card was based on Janet's suggestion of "Cookie Jar Tarot" for the deck title, however the wording on the card I created reads 'Cards from the Cookie Jar' and the image features the collaborative efforts of Happy Hardy, Shannon, Chris, Gail, Laura, Lorena, Ellen, Kimberly, Valerie, Paula and myself.

Comparative Tarot’s cookie jar has evolved into a metaphoric reference to the general atmosphere of our list. It is a relaxed, friendly haven that strives to nurture a deeper understanding of many aspects of tarot. This collaborative tarot deck is a vast assortment of style and perspective, yet it comes together and offers to share with the reader a communal wisdom found through the combined effort of each artist's interpretation and experience.

The cards in this cookie jar are accessible to anyone - the lid is off and you are invited to choose to your heart's delight. As you can tell, the cards can hardly contain themselves within the vessel. They mix and mingle with one another and shuffle around through the air.

Upright Meaning:
If you should choose to incorporate this card in a reading, its appearance would indicate a comfortable environment that encourages sharing your ideas and opening yourself to interact with the rest of the community.

Reversed Meaning:
Reversed, you risk 'losing your cookies' and being left with nothing but an empty jar. To help prevent such a dire circumstance - make sure the lid can be secured when a tumble looms eminent...and keep a couple of good recipes on hand to bake up a new batch.

Artist’s Bio: Sally Anne Stephen has been known on occasion to wrestle the infamous and often elusive Guido for the last oatmeal raisin cookie.
