Rocky Maivia loses to Mankind via the "Mandible Claw". However, since he was not pinned and did not submit, he retained his WWF World Title.

Rocky Maivia wins the WWF World title for the second time (he had lost it to Mankind in a falls count anywhere match at the Superbowl Sunday "Halftime Heat" match) by defeating Mankind in an "I Quit" match.
WWF IYH "St. Valentines Day Massacre"(February 14, 1999)
Rocky Maivia fights Mankind (who had taken the belt from the Rock again) in a "Last Man Standing" match. After a simultaneous chair shot, both men are counted out, and the match is declared a draw. Mankind retains the WWF World title.

Rocky Maivia loses to the Undertaker in a match for the WWF World Title (UT was champion at the time). HHH provided the interference for UT. UT loses the belt the next night to Steve Austin.
WWF "Fully Loaded" (July 25,1999)
The Rock loses a strap match to HHH after Billy Gunn hits The Rock with a club allowing HHH to hit the pedigree and pin The Rock. This allowed HHH to become the #1 contender for the WWF Title at Summerslam
