YOUR D-DAY EXPERIENCES AND STORIES ARE WANTED
I would very much like to pay tribute and homage to the brave people who participated in the D-Day Campaign. My hope is to independently publish a book containing your stories, memories, events, experiences and recollections from the D-Day Invasion.
It is my hope to acquire true experiences from the soldiers who served with American, Allied and German forces. I would also like to gather the perspectives from the civilian population during this time. Feel free to share as much or as little as you care to tell. If you are willing, include your name, rank, Company, Regiment and Division at the time. If you wish to remain anonymous, simply say so and your name will not be published. Express whatever you care to share; the horrors, the fears, the hardships, sacrifices or even the dark humor that sometimes prevails under such circumstances.
It is not my goal to profit from this endeavor, but rather it is my objective to allocate a portion of any proceeds from this book to veterans agencies representing each respective military who participated.
