Welcome to Dragon Ball R!

I added the very first episode of Dragonball R in script form. I know it's pretty short, but one actual episode in the imaginary DBR anime series would be 2 written scripts put together... so... enjoy! Also fixed some bloopers on the power levels page... mainly the Freeza Form 1 - 550,000,000.
