Have you been to a Celtic or Renaissance Faire? Below you will find a few pitures of our visit to the Celtic Faire at Angels Camp, California March of 2000. After visiting this one I know exactly where I'd rather be! REAL MEN...OH YES...as they tip there hats and give you that sweet smile. Such Gentlemen! The dress is absolutely wonderfull. Such beauty and grace. (Of course, a wee bit naughty is nice!) May ye enjoy your visit into the past as we did.

The Gordon Highlanders perfoming a reinactment of a combat situation. Hearing the cannon and the gattling gun was amazing. Standing there watching the combat as it was so long ago, really brought the reality of it to life. What a horrible encounter it must be. My heart truly goes out to all those men who have gone before and given their lives in battle. God Bless Them! So much history and tradition is forgotten. Was a great part of my day to just stop for a few moments and think. something we all need to do much more often.
This was a truly remarkable Dragon Sculpture! His entire neck and head raised and lowered. He turned left and right and he breathed fire very fiercly! Great metal sculpture. I can't imagine the time that must have gone into this project.
This is the group I just had to hear. THE WICKED TINKERS Bagpipes ain't my bag, but these guys are GREAT! The Big Base Drummer, and the other drummer (who played a few different drums) made it grand to listen to. I really like that heavy Drum beat!

Yes, it's me. Don't I just fit perfectly into the 19th Century! I love the outfit.... Now I can't wait to adorn it with a few of those fun things. You know, whips, chains, daggars, bells, and swords just to name a few. As you can tell from these pictures the surrounding area was absolutely beautifull. and thanks to "Mother Nature" the day was perfect.
