Strike up the band, pound the
drum! Bates reunion time has come! At the home of Richard and Linda
White, On August 11, we’ll celebrate right! Don’t miss the fun, don’t be a
square, ‘Cause all the cool cousins will be there!
Wow! We certainly all have something to celebrate
this year – the 56th annual George and Sadie Bates family reunion on Sunday,
August 11, at Richard and Linda White’s.
What goes well with great company? FOOD, of course!
Bruce “Grill Meister” Hall will be taking care of the meat, so please bring
vegetables, salads, or desserts to share. Also bring your own folding chairs,
table service, and serving utensils. Lemonade and iced tea will make their usual
appearances. We’ll eat around noon Indiana time.
In addition to time for eating, sharing stories, and our annual
business meeting, there will also be games and a 50/50 raffle. Michel Paris is
in charge of children’s games, but she’d love some help, I’m sure.
Our mailing list grew again this year, but someone may have been missed.
