(1) This was the finals of the Tag Team Title Tournament. By winning, Luke Graham & Tarzan Tyler became the first WWF World Tag Team Champions.

(2) The Executioners were later stripped of the titles because there was a third Executioner who kept interfering in matches. A tournament would be held to fill the vacancy.

(3) This was the finals of a tournament to crown new Tag Team Champions.

(4) Billy White Wolf later suffered a neck injury, and the team gave up their titles. The newt match was one to crown new champions.

(5) Backlund and Morales soon gave up the belts because Backlund was WWF World Champion at the time, and could not defend both belts.

(6) This was the finals of a tournament to fill the title vacancy.

(7) The title was later vacated due to falling out between Shawn and Diesel at Survivor Series '94.

(8) This was the finals of a tournament to fill the title vacancy.

(9) The titles were stripped from Shawn and Diesel the following night because the titles were actually held by Yokozuna and Owen Hart, but Hart failed to show for the title match. Also, Diesel and Shawn were WWF World and Intercontinental Champions, respectively, at the time.

(10) Bart Gunn later suffered a neck injury, and the Gunns gave up the belts.

(11) This was the finals of a tournament to fill the title vacancy.

(12) Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels were stripped of the titles due to an injury to Shawn Michaels. This was the finals of a tournament to fill the vacancy.

(13) This was a Fatal Four-Way Match to determine new champs after Steve Austin could not wrestle due to injury, he and Dude Love forfeited the titles.

(14) After Kane and The Undertaker assaulted Mankind a week before the title bout, Kane did not show up before the match . Mankind defended the tag-team title championship alone .
