(FAQ1)     I'm able to connect but I can't browse by using Internet Explorer or Netscape?

Ans)))))     It's a very common question if you have tried every thing with the customer
                  Proxy Settings, DNS Configuration and Reinstalling the TCP/IP.
                  He is able ping but he can't browse then the problem because of WSOCK32.DLL not
                  because of WINSOCK.DLL as some of us think for more information please read
                  the following Microsoft's article: -

       But how to expand the WSOCK32.DLL from the Windows CD?
               First thing go to DOS prompt and change the directory to the CD drive,
               CAB's folder then type the following command: -
               extract /e precopy1.cab wsock32.dll /l c:\windows\system


(FAQ2)     How to make Netscape (Communicator) the default browser?

Ans)))))    Sure the customer in the past told Netscape not to ask again (If it needed
                  to be the default browser) in this case go to this web page you will find
