 Microsoft Outlook 2002/XP users:

1. Start Microsoft Outlook 2002/XP.
2. Click on the Tools menu.
3. Click on E-mail Accounts.
4. Choose "Add a new e-mail account" and click Next.
5. Choose POP3 and click Next.
6. In the Your Name field enter your real name as you wish it to be displayed in the "From" field on your outgoing messages.
7. Enter your e-mail address as you wish it to be displayed on your outgoing messages. The Internet standard is to have your e-mail address entirely in lowercase. 
8. In both the incoming mail server and outgoing mail server fields enter mail.emirates.net.ae /
9. In the User Name field, enter the username
10. If you want Outlook to remember your password so that you don't have to enter it every time you check mail, enter the password provided to you by us in the Password field and ensure that Remember Password is checked.
11. At this point you can click on Test Account Settings to verify that you have properly entered all of the necessary information. You can also click on More Settings to further customize this account. These steps are not mandatory.
12. Click Next.
13. Click Finish.
