Did you know that Russia is now the number one country for providing children to Americans seeking to adopt? It's true. And so, in hopes of helping American families and Russian children, I present this page of resources. As with all "commercial" endevours, I advise caution. I cannot vouch for these services, only that they have have information available on the internet. Any suggestions are welcome.
