.....Serena didn’t know what to do yet but she knew that she had to get
William out of that cafe and into someplace private. They hurried out
the door. William was instructed to keep his head towards the ground and
to walk fastly. The place where Serena was staying wasn’t far so she
decided that they would walk there.
.....They entered Serena’s room in about ten minutes. Serena closed the door
and sat down on the bed. William stood in the middle of the room not
sure what to do. Serena’s mind was going a mile a minute.
....."What am I going to do?" she stood up and started pacing. "Should I
bring him back to Charles and Harry or should I keep him for a few days
then return him? If I waited to return him then I would have to explain
and...I don’t know what to do."
..... "Well, you should start by telling me more about myself," said
William. He put his hands on Serena’s shoulders and made her sit down on
the bed again. "Now tell me everything you know about me."
..... "Well, gee where should I start? You are the furture King of England,
you have a brother named Harry and your father is named Charles. Um,
what else...you go to Eton College. Take out your wallet." William took
out his wallet and gave it to her. "This is your grandmother, the queen, and that’s your grandfather," said Serena as she pointed to the different
pictures.
..... William looked at the different photographs and tried to remember who
these people were and what they ment to him. Nothing came to mind
though. He put the wallet away and looked at Serena. "What are you going
to do?" he asked.
..... She was lost in her own thoughts. She looked at William. "Huh?"
..... "What are you going to do?"
..... "Oh. I really don’t know. I mean you can help make the desicion too. It
is your life. What do you want to do?"
.....William thought for a minute or two. "I want to stay away for a little
bit. You know, stay with you for sometime." There was a slight pause. "Is that fine with you?"
..... "Yeah, that’s fine with me. I just don’t know about your family. They
really love you, William," Serena looked into his deep blue eyes. "But it
would be kind of hard to go out in public with you. Everyone knows who you
are."
..... "We can deal with that. I just want to go out and have a good time. If
I’m a prince I probably don’t get to do that very much."
..... "That it is then," said Serena reluctantly yet happily. She could feel
the guilt creeping up on her. She knew she should bring William back, but
she felt so sorry for him. He just wanted to have fun and this may be
his only chance for a long time. Serena pushed
that all out of her mind and said, "What do you want to do then? We still
have half the day left."
..... "Do you think we could go to the movies?" asked William hopefully.
..... "I think we can," replied Serena with a smile. "We just need to get you
some kind of a disguise and we will be all set."
..... After finding some sunglasses and changing William's hair a little bit,
William and Serena walked happily out of the room and went onto the
streets.
