The Company was established on July, 1986, to cater the needs for Dying & Processing of Cloth. Now it has become one of the leading Process House of U.P. (India). The Company is having large capacity plant with most modern & upto date machinery. The focus of the Company is to offer the highest kind of quality & service, while maintaining costs as low as possible, with special emphasis on commitment to promised schedules of delivery.

Management

The day to day affairs of the Company are being managed by Mr.P.K.Jain and his two sons Mr.Ajay Jain & Mr.Vipul Jain.

Mr.P.K.Jain is a B.Text.(Text Chemistry). He initially started his career in job in the textile industry and has worked for number of years in foreign countries. In 1986 he promoted PREMIUM SUITINGS (P) LTD., which is a leading Cotton/Synthetic dyeing unit (Process House) situated in Jainpur UPSIDC Industrial Area, Kanpur.

Mr.Ajay Jain is B.E.(Electronics) from Delhi College of Engineering and MBA (Finance) from USA. He started his career in job in Kesawa Electronics as Project Manager and after working there for a year he joined his father in promoting PREMIUM SUITINGS (P) LTD. in 1986. He is actively involved in business since then.

Mr.Vipul Jain is B.Tech.(Chemical) from IIT, Delhi and MBA (Finance) from USA. He started his career in job as Executive Assistant to the President in Ram Ganga Fertilizers (P) Ltd. and after working there for a year, joined his father in promoting PREMIUM SUITINGS (P) LTD. in 1986. He is actively involved in business since then.

The Directors aforementioned are assisted in their work by a number of professionals employed by the Company in the technical and financial fields. The employees of the company are experienced & well versed in their respective fields.
