Ian was just a normal student until the accident which involved signing up to the University of ########## [Name obscured for Political reasons] and is now one of the few people that have certified themselves as insane, unpredictable, crazy, but hey I could go on of years listing my best points. He is also one of the few people that have actually certified themselves crazy - and have the certificate to prove it...
