"Drone's Honey" was first published in 1887. Sometime after 1900, it was republished as a part of a series of books by different authors. The name was changed to "Her Friend's Lover". This book was written more for adults, or at least young ladies. It tells the story of a young Chicago lawyer who travels to Maine to investigate a curious letter that he has received.
I really enjoyed this book! It was well written, and I think it was one of Sophie May's best writing.
