When Mr.Nazir Hoosein is found to have "misrepresented" facts, his two vice-presidents Mr.Vimal P. Shah and Mr.Nitin Dosa of WIAA (Western India Automobile Association) are found to have "misappropriated" funds. There is an inquiry on this by an enquiry commission consisting of past presidents of the WIAA, it is reliably learnt.
You may be aware that the first event of the MAI rally championship was run by WIAA and some of the expenses involved in the rally does form part of the inquiry. WIAA have clearly minuted that no expenses would be incurred by the WIAA, while the account books shows the contrary. This is one of the points of the inquiry.
It must be noted that now the Indian motor sports is headed by a "misrepresentative" and is ABLY assisted by "misappropriators" and Mr.Mosley feels that "this team could only do good for Indian Motor Sports".
May be Mr.Mosley is kept in dark about these developments by Mr.Nazir Hoosein. This is not new to Mr.Hoosein.
In another development, Mr.Nazir Hoosein, without the knowledge of the Organizer, his own rally committee, filed a 'caveat' during the running of one of the rounds of his rally championship. When it came to the notice of his rally committee chairman he sent an email to Mr.Hoosein which is self-explanatory on the reputation of the so-called, in the words of Mr.Mosley "straight forward man".
"Nazir, Just found out MAI has taken a caveat for K-1000, WHY was I not informed as President Rally -MAI or Imraan who was steward, again doing things behind our backs,we need a explatation from you at the earliest.Hope we get a reply. Dont be under any illusion that we do not know what is hapenning."
It another development Mr.Hoosein's Chairman Karting Commission Mr.Indrajeet (Micki as he is popularly known as) resigned from MAI, for reasons again doing this behind backs.
It is now in the hands of the General Assembly to put an end to this and transfer back the sporting power to the FMSCI.
One suggestion to end this once and for all is, if Mr.Mosley still feels that Mr.Hoosein is a straight-forward man, the best solution would be to employ Mr.Hoosein in the FIA, instead of following double standards, like
1) taking the Government of India's
guidelines seriously, while completely ignoring the same Government of
India's letter stating that Mr.Nazir Hoosein has misrepresented
2) Asking Nazir to hold the sporting
power of India while representing China
3) Thinking that running of 7 events
in a year by MAI is promotion of motor sports against 100 odd events by
the FMSCI
etc. etc.
