The FMSCI today received a shot
in the arm, when the Delhi High Court granted the injunction sought by
the FMSCI that MAI should not call the events by the FMSCI as "unauthorized"
and consequently should not pass sanction against competitors, organizers,
sponsors etc.
According to informations
received, the High Court came down heavily on the MAI's letters to competitors
threatening sanctions and calling events "unauthorized" stating that these
letters are "illegal".
