    November 17,1997

    Senate Enrolled Act 347 established the Indiana Hypnotist
Committee. The Committee shall certify applicants,provide 
examinations and propose rules concerning the competent pract-
ice of hypnotism. The Committee is now accepting registration 
forms from individuals interested in applying for certification.
To be considered for certification under the grand-parenting 
provision, the completed Registration Form must be post-
marked no later than January 1 1998. Those who have timely 
completed and returned the Registration Form will be mailed an 
application for certification.

                                         November 6, 1997
        To Whom it may concern:

  Senate Enrolled Act 347 established the Indiana Hypnotist
Committee.According to IC 25-20.5-1-9(a)(4), the Indiana 
Hypnotist Committee shall certify Qualified appliicants. An 
indiviual who applies for certification must complet and 
return the attached Registration Form post-marked no later
than January 1, 1998. upon completion, you will be mailed
an application for certification.
