Angylion seraphiaid a saint

1,2,(3,(4));  1,2,5.
(Gogoniant yr Iesu yn y nefoedd - Rhan III)
Angylion seraphiaid a saint,
  Wrth ganu'n soniarus y'nghyd,
Eu hadsain sydd cyfuwch ei faint,
  Mae'n crynu'r holl nefoedd i gyd:
Neb yno yn glaiar ei gân,
  Neb yno'n addoli mewn rhith,
A'u c'lonau sy'n
    llosgi fel tân,
  A gwynfyd a f'ai yn eu plith!

Caniadau newyddion sy fry,
  Tebygwn o glywed eu llef,
Fy enaid blinedig i sy,
  Am ddysgu cerddoriaeth y nef:
'R anrhydedd, a'r gallu, a'r clod,
  A'r parch, a'r gogoniant,
    a'r bri,
Yr awr hon fel ag y bu 'rioed,
  I'n Harglwydd yn Un ac yn Dri!

Pan gofiont eu dyddiau yn y byd,
  A'r amryw dymhestloedd o'r blaen,
Fe 'nynna eu hysbrydoedd hwy 'gyd,
  Yn fflamau angerddol o dân;
Gwel'd Iesu, er
    cymaint eu bai,
  Eu codi o bydew mor ddu;
P'odd gall eu calonau hwy lai,
  Na seinio Jerusalem fry?

Pan gofiont drachefn y dydd
  Y'u galwad o'r t'wyllwch i maes,
Dadgloed eu gefynau yn rhydd,
  A'r carchar yn seinio, "Rhâd râs!"
Pwy allai byth beidio
    rho'i clôd,
  Dàn olwg o ryddid mor fawr?
Wel, dyna'r caniadau sy'n bôd -
  Gogoniant trwy'r nefoedd a'r llawr!

'Does mesur amseroedd byth fry,
  Dim oriau cyffelyb i'r byd;
Myn'd heibio rhyw oesoedd y sy,
  Wrth ganu i'r Drindod yn nghyd:
'R holl nefoedd, wrth weled ei ras
  Sy'n synu, yn canu'n fwy hŷ'
Ganiadau newyddion eu blas:
  Wel, dyma'r digrifwch sy fry.
newyddion sy fry :: newyddion sydd fry

(The glory of Jesus in heaven - Part 3)
Angels, seraphim and saints,
  While singing vocally together,
Their echo is such a high volume,
  It is trembling the heavens altogether:
None there whose song is lukewarm,
  None there worshipping in pretence,
With their hearts that are
    burning like fire,
  And blessedness shall be in their midst!

There are new songs that are above,
  I suppose I can their cry,
My wearied soul wants
  To learn the music of heaven:
The honour, and the power, and the esteem,
  And the reverence, and the glory,
      and the renown,
This hour as they ever were,
  To our Lord as One and as Three!

When they remember their days in the world,
  And the various tempests before,
All their spirits kindle
  Into intense flames of fire;
Seeing Jesus, despite
    how great their fault,
  Lifts them from a pit so black;
How can their hearts do less
  Than sound Jerusalem above?

When they remember again the day
  They were called out from the darkness,
May their fetters unlock freely,
  And the prison sound, "Free grace!"
Who could ever refuse
    to give their acclaim
  Under a vision of freedom so great?
See, here are the songs which there are -
  Glory throughout heaven and the earth!

There is never any measure of times above,
  No hours similar to the world;
Some ages are passing,
  While singing to the Trinity altogether:
All of heaven, on seeing his grace
  Is singing, singing more boldly
Songs with a new taste:
  See, here is the delight that is above.
