History: Vincent is a famous bard all across the Tyr Region. He has visited the 7 citystates and numerous villages. Vincent's audience is both rich and poor, but the bard does not care. To this day Vincent serves Cabal as an advisor, spy and any other task the half-elf sees as fit.
