Learning to remember your dreams takes practice, but keeping a dream journal is very easy. Write down everything you remember, upon awakening; People, places, objects, and colors. Was it daytime or nightime? The dominate image, or clearest symbol is especially important. When you're relaxed in bed, and ready to doze off, tell yourself: "I have clear, meaningful dreams". Next, tell yourself: "I remember my dreams". Allow yourself to BELIEVE these statements, and your subconscious mind will allow your conscious mind to recall your dreams !
