THUS SAITH GOD'S WORD

God made man in His own image, forming the human body to be the "temple" for the "Spirit of God" to dwell in. He gave man the most precious gifts--the mind which is perhaps one--if not the greatest of His masterpieces. As marvelous and intricate as the computer is, it is only copied after man's brain; which is humanly impossible to duplicate.

The mind is to be used primarily to learn about God and His requirements for eternal life, along with living happily in this present world. Satan, as man's arch enemy, is therefore determined to debilitate and eventually completely captivate the mind; rendering his victim "mentally incapable" of obeying God's laws on this earth and obtaining eternal life in heaven.

ALL DRUGS--marijuana, LSD, speed, cocaine, heroin, alcohol, tobacco--are tools of Satan and to take them is to sin against God. Each of these evils lead to bondage and destruction. Drugs have enslaving-destructive effects on people's lives. They create apathy in ones minds pertaining to what is 'right' and 'wrong'. Our sense of what is right and wrong becomes perverted. The Bible tells us "Woe unto them that call evil good." We are seeing this in our world today. One of the first things that Satan does is deceive us. Deception is a key thing in his lies. However, you can be delivered from the snare of the devil. You CAN be delivered from the captivity of Satan, drugs or anything else that is holding you bondage. Let's look at some scripture from the Word of God.

Romans 6:23 The wages of sin is death

Proverbs 11:19 He that pursueth evil pursueth it to his own death.

1 Corinthians 3:16,17 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy.

Luke 4:18 The spirit of the Lord....hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captive...to set at liberty them that are bruised.

Titus 3:3-5 We ourselves were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another; but according to His mercy He saved us through Jesus Christ our Saviour that being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away, behold all things are become new.

John 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

Romans 12:1,2 I beseech you by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, Holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Romans 13:14 Put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

Destroy everything you have that is of Satan; buy nothing else that is of him...accept no more. If you want God to mean business with you, you must mean business with Him. Make a determination today to serve the Lord, determine today that Satan will never rob you of your senses and that you will bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.

Colossians 3:17---Whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus
