Federal Route 67 is a north-south route that runs through western Illinois, entering the state from Iowa at the Quad Cities and leaving into Missouri at Alton. It connects many significant cities in western Illinois to each other, such as Rock Island, Macomb, Beardstown, Jacksonville, and Alton.

Information on US67 is broken into 3 sections:

Iowa State line to Warren/McDonough County line (includes Rock Island and Monmouth)

Warren/McDonough County line to Scott/Greene County line (includes Macomb, Beardstown, and Jacksonville)

Scott/Greene County line to Missouri State line(includes Carrollton and Alton)
