Illinois 203 is a route in the St. Louis metro area, running from I-270 to I-70 roughly parallel to IL3. The drive goes right past a big steel mill. If you're looking for a pleasant drive, this isn't it.

IL203 begins at I-270
IL162 at its west end near Granite City (near the steel mill too)
IL203 ends at I-55/I-70/US40 near East St. Louis.
It passes through these towns: Nameoki, Granite City, Madison.
Near its southern end lies the Gateway International Raceway.
