Hello, my name is Bradley Epst. I am a practicing defense attorney in the state of Illinois. I can defend any driver who receives a traffic ticket in the state of Illinois. I specialize in defending over the road truck drivers.

I have been representing over the road drivers since 1988. I defend clients in all 102 counties in Illinois. I do not charge a fee for my travel. I charge a flat fee for trials and plea agreements. It is also a flat fee even if you received more than one ticket in a traffic stop.

In the majority of cases, I can defend your ticket and you most likely will not ever need to appear in court. There are only a select few counties or situations where you’d need to appear in court.
