Who we are, and what we do.
Pony Surprise is a small, home-based business started in 2004 that caters to the needs of horse and pony owners who want to make their equine's style a bit above the rest. We have everything you can imagine, all at affordable prices and oh so cute!
I am the owner, Skye Powers. I have been into horses for over 10 years and have been the "oh so cute, need to buy" kind of person for the past 5 years that I have owned horses. Owning three wonderful horses myself, Redie, Oreo and Shadow, I found it getting quite expensive to constantly try to find cute little gifts at low prices. I know I am not alone. One day I realized, I can sew, and I have the time, why not try to start a small business in specializing in horse accesories? Thus, Pony Surprise was born!
Currently, we specialize in such things as polos, halter tubings, girth covers, breast plate covers, saddle pads and fly bonnets. All inwhich are custom made to the pony and owner/rider's desires. Everything is new, and hand-made with time and care. Nothing is terribly over priced, just enough to cover my costs and make a buck or two towards my college education.
I take special orders, combine shipping, ship worldwide and am willing to make and design pretty well anything a customer wants. I also air mail, so things reach you quickly, and accept all sorts of payments. Contact me anytime for your needs!
