Local tournament news. Eric Heiser rated 1975 scores 2.5/6 in the Open section at Reno. Eric defeated Fide Master Miles Ardaman rated 2368 USCF, James McMormich rated 2206 USCF and drew with Talaib Osmonbekav rated 2225 USCF. Average rating of Eric's opponents was 2319. Congratulations Eric on a superb performance !

Our first club knight will be on November the 7th at 4pm. We plan to run a prize quick tournament every week.
First tournament November 7 5/SS. G/20. EF: $15. USCF Membership required. Please bring sets and clocks since we have a limited supply right now.
