Illicit Illuzionz was started in 2003 by Scott Shough. It is based in and around Bluffton, Ohio. We look to reach a lot of other towns in NW Ohio, such as: Lima, Findlay, Ada, Mt. Cory, Pandora, and Columbus Grove.
