Rules and Schedule


Limited carpeted classrooms are available for lodging on Saturday night. If we have a lot of requests, we will ask small groups to share a room. You must provide your own sleeping materials. A fee of $2.00 per person will be charged for janitorial fees. Each unit will be responsible for the condition and any damage to their assigned room. There will be no food or drink in the sleeping rooms, and scouts should stay in their room only.

Rules of the Road

Substance Policy - The school district has a NO SMOKING - NO ALCOHOL / DRUGS policy for the entire school grounds for youth and adults. THIS POLICY WILL BE ENFORCED. Non-compliance with this rule will result in the expulsion of your unit.

Dress Code - Please dress accordingly for ALL events. Our weather could be blustery in the open space and the wind chill quite low. Make sure your scouts are dressed to withstand FREEZING temperatures for at least one half hour. Indoor events will be in comfortable clothing but we must ask you all to wear soft-soled non-marking-shoes in the gymnasium because of the floor surface. Tennis shoes would be appropriate. No hiking boots PLEASE. This will be for events as well as the actual drill competition and dance. Attire for the dance will be 'nice casual' (no torn clothing or inappropriate writing on T-shirts). Adults will be responsible for their unit adhering to the dress code and other RULES OF THE ROAD. Remember this is a scouting event. “SCOUT ACCEPTABLE” DRESS CODE, DANCING, AND MUSIC ARE REQUIRED.

ALL FOOD AND DRINK MUST BE KEPT IN THE CAFETERIA AREAS ONLY.

GS/MS Tugs - BSA OUTDOOR COMPETITION begins
EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO GO OUTSIDE FOR ALL OUTDOOR EVENTS.
