Welcome to MIDWEST DANCE AUTHORITY'S 2ND YEAR! Our goal is to provide the best dance education possible for every student, combining fun, discipline and structured learning in all of our classes.

2001-2002 STUDIO CALENDAR
1st Session-August 27th - September 22nd
2nd Session-September 24th - October 20th
3rd Session-October 22nd -November 17th
4th Session-November 26th - December 22nd
5th Session-January 7th - February 2nd
6th Session-February 4th - March 2nd
7th Session-March 4th - April 6th
8th Session-April 8th - May 4th
9th Session-May 6th - June 1st
10th Session-June 3rd - June 15th (2 wks)
NO CLASSES
November 19th -24th (Thanksgiving)
December 24th - January 5th (Christmas/New Year's)
March 25th - March 30th (Spring Break)

CLASS RATE: 4 WEEK SESSIONS
30 min/4 weeks $21.00
45 Minute/4 weeks $36.00
1 hour/4 weeks $42.00
1 1/2 hour/4 weeks $54.00
2 hours/4 weeks $60.00

Single Class Rate
1 hour - $13.00
1 1/2 hours - $15.00
2 hour - $18.00
FAMILY DISCOUNT
2 or more family members

Competition Team Fee Schedule (4 weeks)
Tap Team Only: $60.00 (Includes 1 hr Tap Tech, 1 hour of Floor Barre)
Jazz Team Only: $170.00 (Includes 1 1/2 hrs jazz tech, 1 hr floor barre, 3 hrs ballet tech)
Both Teams: $200.00 (Includes 1 1/2 hrs jazz tech, 1 hr floor barre, 3 hrs ballet, 1 hr tap tech)
Team Classes: $20.00 (Per team class)
Additional Classes: $20% discount (This does not include team classes)
Additional Large Groups and/or Production Numbers may be added. Fees will be determined at that time.

CLASS ATTIRE
JAZZ AND TAP: Any color combination of dance clothing may be worn as well as appropriate shoes.
BALLET: Girls: Solid colored leotard, black or pink tights, ballet skirt or ballet shorts. Ballet shoes. Hair must be in a bun.
BOYS: Solid colored T-shirt and appropriate pants. No jeans or shorts. Ballet or jazz shoes.
HIP HOP: Exercise clothing with clean bottom gym shoes or dance sneakers.
TINY TOTS - (AGES 2-5): Any combination of dance clothing, pink ballet shoes, tan tap shoes.
IF THE STUDENT IS INAPPRORIATELY DRESSED, THEY WILL BE DISMISSED FROM CLASS.
CLASS LEVELS
Level I - Beginner to 1 year experience
Level II - 2 to 3 years experience
Level III - Intermediate
Level IV - Intermediate/Advanced
Level V - Advanced
Students will be placed according to age and level. You will be notified by your instructor if a change of class level is necessary.
A $10.00 Annual Registration Fee (Family Rate: $15.00) is required of students registering any time within the school year.
Tuition is based on an eight week session and these fees are due the first week of the current session. A $5.00 late fee will be charged to all past due accounts. Payment plans are considered on an individual basis. A $25.00 service fee will be charged for any returned checks.
MIDWEST DANCE AUTHORITY has a NO REFUND Policy. Missed lessons are required to be made up during the current or next session and will not be accepted as future tuition. (Please see your teacher for appropriate make-up classes.
