I have one comment about this, everyone spams every once in a while, in this case, it was a lot, but it has happened before without penalty, there needs to be a rule enforced to stop this spamming. Although, whatever you do, it won't help. If you make it so if you rp in the last hour of rp time then it is only half, then people are going to rp 2 min. before that. If you make it so only one rp can be sent out on the last day then everyone will rp at 11:59 the previous day. I am not complaining, I am just stating the facts.
