). In your roleplays; you may only use your wrestlers and managers. You may use another member's wrestlers if you are given permission by that member, in which you should state that you had permission on your roleplay.
). You may not attack any wrestlers, referees, executives, fans, etc. in your roleplays.
). You may not TOS any member(s) of the DWF.
). You may not send out any "shoot" interviews about me or the federation. If you have a complaint, send it to ME ONLY so we can resolve it.
). You may not complain to me or a card writer if you find out you lost on a DWF card and are not happy about it. If you truly believe a mistake has been made, send your complaint to ME ONLY and we will try to come to an agreement.
). You may not promote your federation (if you have one) on the DWF mailing list.
). You may use profanity in your roleplays, but you may not use curse word after curse word after curse word so it looks like the script of the Jerry Springer Show.
). 2 words; Have Fun. From my past experiences in E-feds; this is the most important rule.
). A rule I can't really enforce, if there is a situation in which you cannot roleplay (I.E.: going on vacation), please try to tell me ahead of time so I can keep you off the cards. If you can, please include a return date. (This is especially important if you have a title).
). Roleplays are counted on quality and quantity. In my federation, a 50 line good material roleplay will beat a 200 line roleplay of crap.
). If you have one of the "selective wrestlers", you must roleplay often or risk losing them to people who may want them. Selective wrestlers are wrestlers that almost everyone wants to be in a federation. (I.E.: Stone Cold Steve Austin, Shawn Michaels, Goldberg, Rock, etc.)
). Use the updated roleplaying list to send out your roleplays, we don't want AOL or non AOL members getting DWF mail if they have quit the fed.
). If a card does not come out on the date it is intended to, do not write e-mails complaining about it. Late results are better than no results and I'm sure we all have lives outside of an e-mail wrestling federation.
). If you have a problem with another member of the federation, e-mail HIM ONLY and if you think it's necessary; add my name. This is much better than e-mailing the whole fed about it, believe me; I know.
). You may change your wrestlers if you wish, but you must get it approved by me first.
). No spamming.
). You may include AOL 4.0 images in your roleplays, but please do not use them when facing opponents who do not have AOL 4.0. It makes every thing a whole lot easier. Members of the fed who can't receive 4.0 pictures are _________. Please notify me if your name should be on this list.
). You may not use racist slurs/words in your roleplays.
). Mailing multiple roleplays out within 15 minutes of the designated roleplaying deadline will be counted at 1/2 of it's regular value when roleplays are totaled. If your only roleplay for a match is within the 15 minutes from the deadline, it will NOT count.
). Mailing out your only roleplay(s) within 1 hour of the designated roleplaying deadline will NOT count.
***Consequences are usually warning, suspension, eviction. However, usually the DWF Executive Committee will review the actions of any rule breaker in the federation and determine the proper consequence(s) based on severity and repeated actions.***
