Tom, is swim gear, goes out and swims in water fountains and grabs the change in it. After doing this in many places and pissing many people off, he takes the change to the bank- where the rich get richer, and the poor get poorer. rating: 9/10

Bullwinkle's Last Stand:
When Tom claims he hit a dead moose on the side of a road, he talks to people and tries to get then to revive it by humping it. Tom humped it, but no one helped him. rating: 8/10
