BBC (Bailey's Banana Colada)
  • 1½ oz Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1½ oz cream of coconut
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz vodka
  • ½ of a banana
  • crushed ice
    		• or
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup Coco Lopez (or other coconut flavoring)
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 ounces white rum (optional)
    • blend all ingredients in cocktail shaker or in blender on high speed until smooth and creamy
