2014 Picnic Fundraiser

The friends and family of Aaron will be having our 18th annual picnic fundraiser on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Ehlert Park in Brookfield, Illinois (please note the change in month!).  As part of the fundraiser, we will again sponsor a raffle and are soliciting raffle and door prizes and cash donations.  Any donation is greatly appreciated;  donations over $100 will receive special recognition at the event.  Patrons donating $500 will be honored at the picnic and their names will be permanently inscribed on a plaque in the Alumni Lounge at Riverside Brookfield High School.  Your contribution will greatly enhance our fundraiser.


 
WHEN:         Saturday, July 19, 2014 - Times: 3:30 - 7:30 p.m.   Food Serving: 4:30 - 6:30 p.m.
                       RSVP deadline is JULY 11th.   Reservations are required.

WHERE:       Ehlert Park, Brookfield, IL (just East of Maple Avenue - 4315 Park Ave - parking near the north end of the park, picnic will be in South Pavillion)  

WHAT:          Great catered picnic fare including-
                        Hot Beef Sandwiches & Fried Chicken
                        Assorted Salads 
                        Watermelon Slices, Ice Cream Novelties, Filbert's Soft Drinks and Gatorade

AND:             Special musical performances by Jeff Sandvig and Katie Redmond (tentative);  RAFFLE, Beanbag Toss, Door Prizes, and
                        THE 14th ANNUAL SILENT AUCTION with beautiful, homemade and one-of-a-kind items!

COST:          $30.00 Adults
                      $15.00 Children 4-10        (Children 3 and under are FREE)
