Where can I find King Kobra CD's?

Ready To Strike and Thrill Of A Lifetime have both been re-released on Axe Killer Records and can be available at most music stores, along with King Kobra's newest release The Lost Years. King Kobra III is currently the only album out of print. Contact Axe Killer Records and tell them you want King Kobra III re-released!

What happened to Mark? Did he really have a sex change?

Mark called it quits from the music biz in 1995. The same year he had a sex change operation and became Marcie Free. Recently she made a website where you can find out more about her at The Official Marcie Free Website.

Is there going to be a King Kobra Reunion Tour? What about a new album from the band?

King Kobra is planning dates in Europe for their reunion tour. There's also a possibility of shows in the U.S., but it's very indefinite. As for a new album, King Kobra has been thinking about it and talking to record companies.

Who are all the members that have played in King Kobra?

The original line-up was Mark Free, David Michael-Philips, Johnny Rod, Mick Sweda, and Carmine Appice, the line-up that recorded Ready To Strike and Thrill Of A Lifetime. Johnny left and was replaced by Lonnie Vencent. Mark left and was replaced by Marq Torien. Marq, Mick, and Lonnie left and were replaced by Johnny Edwards, Jeff Northrup, and Larry Hart, the line-up that recorded King Kobra III.
