Stuff to Gossip About (part II)

Several months after the wedding we bought our first house. Being a homeowner is very fun. We love that we have something that we can call our own... and the fact that it has central air! (our first rental house didn't have air at all)

In 2001, my sister and nephew moved in with us so we could help her start to accomplish her own goals. We introduced Christa to one of our friends. They got married in May of 2005. Devon is 8 1/2 years old now and in first grade. He gets smarter every time we see him. Bobby's sister, Kristi, moved to Florida several years ago. She met someone there and got married in 2004.

As for Bobby and I, what can I say? Both of us are working extremely hard right now. Bobby is a welder now at the same company. It's not too bad until summer rolls around because there's no air conditioning in the warehouse. I'm currently a junior at Southern Illinois University as a Medical Lab Technician major. My goal is pharmacy school, but I'm so exhausted that I'm not sure I can handle another six years of school. I attend school full time during the day and work a full time midnight shift. Overall, I'm glad I made the decision to go back to school. I think more important than pharm school for me at this point is to just overcome mediocrity.

Enough of that. We don't do much since we're so busy, but we love traveling and trying new things. We don't plan on having kids any time soon, but we do have a dog. Her name is Tater.
