Coral polyps,polychattests,algae,shrimp,gastorpids,and nemertine worms. In the aquarium feed it live brine shrimp, an angelfish formula, an spirulina type food.

Habitat:

Found in the entire indo-pacific region it is one of the more common butterflyfish of the australia-new guinea region. Inhabits both inner and outer reefs at depths of 1-10 meters.

Length/Diameter of Fish:

Maximum adult size is 9 inches.

Social Behaviors:

Found singly and in pairs,seldom in schools,this is a non-agressive to other fish. Can be shy in the aquarium.

Feed as many foods as possible.
