These are one of the most unusual marine animals avaiable. They have two plates in their mouth which are used for crushing shells of crabs,prawns,and molluscs. They will also take squid and shrimp from hand and you can even feel the plates in their mouth. The spots are light blue to brown in color. Be careful when handeling these. Stings are vary painful, but you aren't likely to get stung unless your wrestling with it.

Feed all kinds of large meaty foods like small pieces of fish,,crabs,shrimp,squid,prawns,molluscs, and live goldfish. Best to feed it small amounts several times per day.

Found from east Africa to the Western Pacific. Often seen at the Great Barrier Reef.

Gets along with its own kind and other fish well. Watch smaller weaker and/or sick fish with it though.
