This is just a simple page to honor Mark Hughes, the founder of Herbalife International. Mark died in his sleep Sunday May 22, 2000 at his Malibu home. He was a wonderful person who had respect for everyone, and was just an overall enjoyable and friendly person to be around. He devoted his life to make Herbalife the best health and nutrition company world-wide. He was a great advisor, teacher, and most of all, a great friend. You will never be forgotten in our hearts, Mark. We love you!



It was a very tragic thing that happened, and as Mark would say...it was just "unbelievable". He improved the way so many people around the world lived their lives. It is with great sadness that he died. Here is the link to the official memorum:  In Memory.... The trainings and seminars will never be the same without him, but as Mark would have wanted, we will continue to be a lively and energetic enterprise. Our deepest condolences go out to the Hughes family at this difficult time.

In this section of the site, I will post things that people send in (such as pictures, stories about Mark, and etc). If you have anything that you would like me to put on this site, please feel free to e-mail me with whatever you want to add, and I'll add it :) Don't forget to include your name and what country you are from! (I have a lot more stories to ad, sorry for the delay)



•The first time we saw him in Monte Carlo in 91, we was very impress and saw the 12 first millionaire team in Europe and Mark was very proud of that, we follow him in nov 91 at Palma de Mallorca for the very first big Seminar with all the europeens 3000 SP was there ! Mark make the big part of tthe training himself, with David Katzin, Jim Rohn and the incredible Larry Thomson..It was so great and we stay in Herbalife since 10 years just for this event. He give us our GET Team pins in BARCOLONA 1 and was better and better, after we bring 40 distributors for ORLANDO 94 and make very hard work for have or Millionaire Team pins on the " cruse with Hughes" but we miss this cruse for a cuple of point ! No mater, we folow him every time he was coming in Europe, and the top was in ATLANTA 95 with 30 000 dist around the world, Mark was magical, and we continue in LONDON 96, BARCOLONA 2, PARIS BERCY, LONDON 99 for the Green and beige lauch and it was the last time we saw him, because we don't go at the Master 1 in L.A for family raisons ! What gy, for us it was the best leader we never met, and also the best friend, happiness we had a lot of photos with him, because we qualify for the maximum of event this him ( party on the Palacio National in Barcolonna 1, Cruse in Paris river, Task force party on the Hôtel Crillon Paris, and so many partys) Thank you Mark for all this dreams and for help us to change our live
