Mary Byerly is still hostessing the cocoa butter co-op, since she has a wonderful supplier of food-grade cocoa butter.  Both of your hostesses have used Mary's cocoa butter, and can vouch for its wonderful quality. We are offering it in full pails, for the best price (don't forget you can always find someone - or a couple of someones - who'd like to split a pail with you!), or by the pound at a slightly higher price to compensate for packaging.
