In charge of Recruiting Services Division for Loop office of Hall
Kinion. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to hiring
and training of new staff, technical update training for all staff,
mentoring of new hires, account status reporting, PC desktop
training and assistance, management meetings with personnel
from all 28 nationwide locations, all while maintaining #1 billing status for all Chicago locations.
TECHNICAL RECRUITER, Comforce Telecom July 1997- Nov. 97
Responsible for recruitment of telecommunications professionals for contract and contract-to-hire positions for Fortune 1000 clients on a nationwide basis. Also responsible for new office setup for Comforce's Elmhurst branch, which consisted of PC and Windows 95 installation and configuration, building local database of talent, and continued maintenance and support of accounts throughout the midwestern region.
