This right here is the father, mother, & Miguel. They were very hospitabile. The father works at the family's coffee plantation, and he also worked at a candy making place. The mother is the art teacher at the local high school.

This is Luis, Miguel's little brother. He is 10. We got in lots of fights, not physical (name calling). It started when I asked him to stop singing and he just got louder. But, we cool now.

This is where i stayed. I had the top bunk while my friend from Chicago was bunking below me. I loved it at their house. It was small, but I guess I like small and cozy houses. I can't wait till I go back there for my next trip. And, yes those are couches & chairs outside of the house.

This is one of the country's most popular waterfalls. It was only about 5 min from my house. The water is cold. There are also other places to swim further downstream.

This is Vulcan Poas (Poas Volcano). This is the volcano with the biggest crater lake in the world. It took 6 hours to get up there from where I was staying (Santa Maria de Dota). It was cold up there but it was tollerable. It was cloudy, as you can see, but thats what they consider a good day.

These are big fat dairy cows. They were very nice to let me take this picture of them. I am very thankful of that. So, to those cows out there, THANKS.

These are some stupid crayfish that smelled really bad. They were like musty or sumthin. I took this picture on some damn. I don't know if it is a damn or a God damn, I just don't know, sorry.

This is Mr. Lizard. It was very hard to get a picture of these little devils. They are very fast. Well anyway. I took this picture in Jaco (Há-ko). It is a beachresort/city on the Pacific Ocean.

These are some Costaricans. They are from top left to bottom right; Olman, Thomas, Adarian, Andres, Vivian, Miguel, & that blonde in the back is Helen. As you know I stayed with Miguel.

This is one of my close and very personal friends. She has a 4yr old little brother who speaks english, yet she speaks not a word, like it really mattered. Fabiola is nice, pretty, and shy, or in spanish, timido. I think she is one of the people I miss the most. Thats all you need to know about her.

This is Ever, Hannia, and Melissa. Ever is cool, he likes to tell jokes, and some are funny. Hannia is my girl, we would dance together, go to the park together, & some other things together. Melissa is Miguel's nextdoor neighbor. She's nice, pretty, & she has a big house.

This is a picture of some really really nice girl. She always seemed to be happy. One thing that was really nice is that she allways kept a smile on your face, whenever she was around you.

This is a really bad picture of me, Zach, & about 10 girls, in front of a big statue. That was our second day there.

These guys are wierd. They liked the Americans alot, they would follow us everywhere. I guess they just wanted to see what we liked to do. I think that I enriched their lives, wow I feel so special(sarcastically).
