Project Summary: City of Chicago Department of Revenue Mobile Investigations is an Internet / Web development project delivered by Keane Inc., Chicago / Lisle, IL. branch. This product allows a City of Chicago investigator to perform their daily duties in the field through an occasionally connected internet connection. The investigator can connect to a web site to get their daily assignments, query accounts, research enforcements guidelines, update their software, and upload their investigation results. This solution replaces the need to continuously return to the office to get assignments, research paper files of assignments and/or new accounts/complants discovered in the field, and enter investigation results in office system. This solution allows the investigator to remain productive in the field, retrieve account and investigation history and return information on special projects in a more timely manner.
