Beer & Trains

Thanks for stopping by! This is one of my favorite times of year. I always look forward to a slice each of apple pie and pumpkin pie, the fall colors and a chilled pint of Oktoberfest lager beer. The weather tunrs cooler, but it's nice enough most weekends that I can still fire up the grill or smoker and enjoy some burgers, ribs or brats!

This is also the time of year when I can spend more time indoors tinkering with my model trains and brewing beer.

My current favorite beer right now? Sprecher Octoberfest and believe it or not, Sam Adam’s Octoberfest this year.
