Serial experiments: Lain takes place in Tokyo, a world filled with culture
and people as well as a place called the Wired. The Wired is within the
computer (if you watch it, you can think of it as if it is the internet),
filled with people with different personalities, virtual people and even
cutures as well. Lain is a story about a 14 year old girl name Lain (go
figure) who is one of the girls throughout the school whom was sent an
E-Mail by a Junior who died a week before her. And so the story unfolds
with its beautiful animations and well made characters.
