What Is MYC???

MYC is an umbrella for all youth groups in the Chicagoland area, and it is an arm of MYNA. MYC shall serve to coordinate the activities of the local youth groups, and plan and carry out its own on the state level. The purpose of MYC is to facilitate the networking, coordinating, training, and education of the Muslim youth in the Chicagoland area. To get youth groups to know each other as well as to bond together with other youth groups in the Chicagoland area. To make sure that there are not too many activities going on at the same time. To help the leaders of the youth groups gain a better understanding of how to run a youth group and different aspects relating to it. To introduce new and different ways of learning Islam. MYC currently consists of 17 youth groups.
