Alexandra and Taylor were lying on a hill near the far edge of the park. A golden sun was setting into a blur of pinks and oranges, and they were perfectly content with themselves, wrapped in eachother's arms, gazing at the beautiful sunset before them.
"Taylor," Alex whispered, not taking her eyes away from the sky.
"Hmmm?" Taylor was also mesmerized by the sunset.
"I want to be with you forever. I want to be like the horizon...it never ends. I wish I could stay in your arms forever. I wish..."

The sun continued to set in a blur of colors. The couple felt like a part of the horizon. Alex closed her eyes and wished for it not to end. When she opened them, the sun had faded into darkness.
Her brief wish hadn't been granted. The sun was gone, and it was growing cold.

"He liked who? Who? Tell me!" Rachel's face was very hopeful.
"He broke up with me because he said that he liked someone else! How could he?"
"Who? Did he say who?" Rachel didn't even try to comfort Jenn.
"He didn't say. What's wrong with me? I loved him!"
"Are you sure he didn't say who? Do you remember what letter it started with? Like uh, maybe an R?"
"No! Don't you care that I'll probably never have a normal relationship again?!"
"Oh yeah of course I care. Now try to remember what name he said...."
"I need to use the bathroom. Excuse me." Jenn ran to the bathroom and slammed the door shut.
Moments later, there was a knock on the door. Rachel opened it. When she saw who it was, a sickly sweet smile appeared on her face.
"Hi Ike........" She drawled out his name and batted her eyelashes. "Won't you come in?"
"Okay." Ike walked inside. He took a deep breathe. Acting. Just act.
"Would you like something to drink Ikey?" Rachel licked her lips and smiled.
Ike shuddered. "Uh, no thanks. Rachel, I need to tell you something."
"Really? What is it Ikey?" She waited expectantly.
Ike cringed at the use of his name departing from her lips like that. He gritted his teeth, then forced a smile. "I've loved you for so long. I only went out with Jenn to make you jealous. I thought you wouldn't like me."
"Oh Ikey," Rachel sighed and folded her arms around his neck. She rested her head on his shoulder. "That's silly. I love you too." She kissed him, shoving her tongue into his mouth at once.
Ike nearly choked on it. He did his best not to vomit.
"Ikey...do you want to go upstairs?" Rachel tried to give him a sexy look. To Ike, it looked like she was about to sneeze. Her face was all screwed up like she was she had a bad itch but didn't want to use her hands to scratch it.
"Uh, okay." It went along perfectly with his plan. She'd try to get him into bed right away, he knew that. Then....
When they reached her room, Ike told her to get undressed.

When Ike didn't say anything, she looked at him. She commanded, "tell her!"
"Sorry Rachel. But you deserved it. Bye." He grabbed Jenn's hand and they ran out of the room, leaving Rachel on the bed naked.
"Ta ta!" Jenn called as they went out the door.
